FVES PTA NEEDS YOUR HELP! – Paper, labels and instructions sent home in tuesdays folders 2/22/2022
We sent home a piece of white cardstock paper, a label and instructions, in our students’ Tuesday folders. If you are unable to locate the materials, simply submit artwork on an 8×10, good quality, white paper. Please put a “T”, in pencil on the back, indicating the top of the picture. Please also include the student’s name, grade and teacher, also in pencil, on the back.
Artwork must be deposited into the black, artwork portfolio bag on the table, in front of the school’s administrative office.
ARTWORK DEADLINE MONDAY, March 7th, 2022 – Late submissions must be requested my emailing villapta@gmail.com
ONLINE ORDERING DEADLINE WEDNESDAY, April 13th, 2022 – to ensure you get the items 5/3/2022
PTA will scan the artwork & upload it into your school’s Original Works, online Gallery.
A customized letter is created for each student. The letter features that student’s artwork with directions to find it in the Gallery and directions as to how to order online.
Families visit the Gallery. They can see all the artwork in the gallery, but can only order from their child’s items using the Student Code which is specific to that student. Student names are not visible on the Gallery.
Families find their student’s work, click on products to see them on each item, put what they want into their Cart and pay us directly via credit card or eCheck.
You can MAIL orders to us as well, families still pay OW directly.
